What to Report

If you encounter any of the following, please report it immediately.

Fraudulent Seller

Misrepresentation of business identity, fake company details, or deliberate intent to defraud buyers.

Counterfeit Products

Fake, imitation, or knock-off goods being sold as genuine branded products.

Misleading Listings

Inaccurate product descriptions, misleading photos, or false claims about product quality or origin.

Harassment

Abusive communication, threats, intimidation, or any form of harassment towards other users.

IP Infringement

Trademark violations, copyright infringement, or unauthorized use of intellectual property.

Payment Fraud

Unauthorized transactions, payment scams, attempts to circumvent the escrow system, or chargebacks.

How to Report

Follow these three steps to submit a report.

Identify the Issue

Choose the category that best describes the violation. Be specific about what happened and when it occurred.

Gather Evidence

Collect screenshots, order details, communications, and any other documentation that supports your report.

Submit Report

Email us at report@yumitrade.org with your evidence and a description of the issue. Include your account details for reference.

Report Email

Send all reports to report@yumitrade.org. Include your account email, the order or listing ID (if applicable), and attach all supporting evidence.

You'll receive confirmation that your report has been received and assigned to a reviewer.
