If you encounter any of the following, please report it immediately.
Misrepresentation of business identity, fake company details, or deliberate intent to defraud buyers.
Fake, imitation, or knock-off goods being sold as genuine branded products.
Inaccurate product descriptions, misleading photos, or false claims about product quality or origin.
Abusive communication, threats, intimidation, or any form of harassment towards other users.
Trademark violations, copyright infringement, or unauthorized use of intellectual property.
Unauthorized transactions, payment scams, attempts to circumvent the escrow system, or chargebacks.
Follow these three steps to submit a report.
Choose the category that best describes the violation. Be specific about what happened and when it occurred.
Collect screenshots, order details, communications, and any other documentation that supports your report.
Email us at report@yumitrade.org with your evidence and a description of the issue. Include your account details for reference.
Send all reports to report@yumitrade.org. Include your account email, the order or listing ID (if applicable), and attach all supporting evidence.
Here's what to expect after submitting your report.
You'll receive confirmation that your report has been received and assigned to a reviewer.
Our trust and safety team begins reviewing the evidence and may contact you for additional details.
Appropriate action is taken, which may include warning, suspension, or permanent removal of the offending party.
Your identity and report details are kept strictly confidential to protect you from retaliation.

Every supplier undergoes identity and business verification before they can list products on the platform.
Automated systems continuously scan listings for fraudulent patterns, counterfeit indicators, and policy violations.
Periodic reviews of active suppliers to ensure ongoing compliance with platform standards and regulations.
Confirmed counterfeit sellers are permanently banned and reported to relevant authorities.
