Be Specific About Requirements
Include detailed product specifications like dimensions, material, grade, colour, and any certifications required. The more detail, the more accurate quotes you receive.
Include Quantities & Units
State your required quantity clearly with preferred units (kg, tonnes, pieces, cartons). Mention if you need a trial order first.
Set a Realistic Timeline
Specify your desired delivery date and whether it is flexible. Allow reasonable lead times for manufacturing and shipping.
Mention Quality Standards
Note any certifications, standards, or compliance requirements (ISO, HACCP, organic, fair trade) so suppliers can confirm they meet them.
